Job Summary
Join our dynamic manufacturing team and play a key role in assembling high-quality server systems and hardware components. This position is ideal for hands-on individuals who enjoy technical assembly work, following production processes, and contributing to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, and other hardware according to production specifications.
Perform rack integration and cabinet assembly to support customer requirements.
Carry out manufacturing and assembly activities along the production line while ensuring quality standards are met.
Support operational activities including unpacking, packaging, rack building, and related production tasks.
Conduct visual inspections and basic checks to ensure assembled products meet quality expectations.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with 5S practices.
Accurately update production records and use basic computer systems for work-related tasks.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
Be prepared to work rotating shifts based on operational requirements.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related technical environment.
Technical school, vocational institute, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or high school qualification and above.
Familiarity with hand tools such as screwdrivers, power tools, and assembly equipment.
Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
Comfortable working on ladders or at elevated heights when required.
Basic computer literacy and ability to perform simple system transactions or data entry.
Capable of lifting or moving materials weighing up to 22kg.
Able to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced production setting.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
