Job description:

Position: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

Type: FULL TIME

.

RESPONSIBILITES:

- Preparing cargo for delivery or export

- Cargo movement using reach truck and forklift

- Cargo Loading, unloading from and to container and vehicles

- Pick, Packing and Labeling tasks

- Ensure goods are accurately picked and packed

- Repacking and palletizing of loose cargo

- House-keeping

- Inventory checking, stock-take, storage location planning

- Ensure all jobs are completed on the same day

- Communicate with colleagues to ensure job is properly flow through

- Follow standard SOP

- Other adhoc job assigned by supervisors

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least O'Level

- Able to read and communicate fluently and effectively in English and Mandarin as most of our suppliers are from China and documents contain information in English or Chinese.

- Knowledge in basic computer usage (preparing labels, scanning, printing of documents etc)

- Keen eyes for details, meticulous in work and able to prioritize tasks according to urgency

- Punctual in reporting for work

- Able to operate forklift and reach-truck for the movement of cargo

- To operate high reach-truck for movement of cargo from high level rack (training will be provided)

- Physically and medically fit as some job requires lifting (Up to max. 25kg per bag or carton)

- Hardworking and takes initiative to get job done (without much supervision)

- Good team player and follow instructions diligently

- Possess a valid forklift license preferred

- Experience in related jobscope is preferred

- Possesses good working attitude and intend to work long term

- Able to work in Singapore WITHOUT any restrictions or pass

WORKPLACE & WORKING HOURS DETAILS:

- 120 Pioneer Road, Singapore 639597

- Mondays to Fridays : 0900-1800Hrs

.

SALARY DETAILS:

- Basic salary FROM S$2,400/month onwards (subjected to candidates' work experience and other qualifications)

- Bonus: 13th month bonus, Performance based bonus, long service incentive (3 years, 5 years, 10 years)

- Attendance incentive : SGD 100 (for full attendance)
