System Technician - #1166765

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission access control systems, turnstiles, barrier gates, and related security equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for installed systems.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults.

• Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical support to customers.

• Perform system testing and ensure installations meet quality standards.

• Assist with cable routing, wiring, and equipment mounting.

• Prepare service reports and update maintenance records.

• Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure successful project completion.

• Provide customer training after system installation when required.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

• Experience in access control, CCTV, turnstiles, automatic gates, or ELV systems is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and hand tools.

• Able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.

• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
