Abrasive Blasting Technical Operator
Location: Pioneer Crescent
Contract: 1 Year Contract, Renewable

We are looking for an Abrasive Blasting Technical Operator to support assembly, rework, blasting, quality inspection, and machine operation in a manufacturing environment. This role is suitable for candidates who are willing to learn, can work in a shift-based environment, and are comfortable working in a production setting.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SGD 1,800 to SGD 3,000

• Quarterly Bonus: 1/4 of salary

• Completion Bonus: 0.5 month’s salary upon contract completion

• Annual Leave: 7 days

• Shift and meal allowances provided

• Conversion opportunity to permanent employment

Working Hours

• Day Shift: 8:00am to 8:15pm

• Night Shift: 8:00pm to 8:15am

• Meal Break: 1 hour

• Shift Pattern: 4 days work, 3 days off, 3 days work, 4 days off

• Training Period: Less than 1 month, office hours

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and return raw and finished parts daily.

• Prepare raw parts for assembly, weighing, lubrication, and blasting work.

• Operate machines to support production output.

• Perform quality inspection and sample measurement.

• Carry out rework for defective parts.

• Record process information such as date of manufacture, return of parts, and production volume.

• Support routine 5S, machine maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Engineer or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education.

• Open to candidates with or without experience.

• Training will be provided.

• Willing to work under pressure and in a hazardous environment.
