• Position : Junior BIM Modeller | Drafter (ACMV)

• Location : Science Park

• Working hours : 5.5-day work week | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm | Saturday, 8:30am to 12:30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,200 Basic + 12 Days Annual Leave + one-month completion bonus payable upon successful completion of the one-year contract

• Duration: One-year contract, renewable or convertible to permanent employment

• Industry : Construction company specializing in ACMV and green technology systems

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ACMV shop, detail, and as-built drawings

• Perform BIM MEP modelling using Revit and AutoCAD

• Coordinate with engineers and BIM coordinators

• Maintain drawing records and revisions

• Ensure drawing accuracy and timely submissions

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant M&E, ACMV or building-services drafting experience

• Knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, ducting, piping or building-services drawings is advantageous

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and carry out drawing revisions accurately is an advantage
