Job Responsibilities

• Operate chemical manufacturing processes, production equipment, forklifts, and stackers in accordance with work instructions and safety procedures.

• Perform batch processing activities, material handling, and support daily production operations to achieve production targets.

• Assist the Production Supervisor in troubleshooting process deviations, equipment issues, and product quality concerns.

• Carry out routine operational checks, maintain accurate production records, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and respond appropriately during emergency situations.

Job Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Experience in a chemical manufacturing or process plant environment is preferred; knowledge of DCS or PLC systems will be an advantage.

• Forklift driving licence is an advantage, with willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and perform manual material handling as part of daily operations.
