Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and process payroll ensuring accuracy and timeliness while adhering to statutory requirements and personal income tax regulations.

• Support corporate tax, personal income tax, withholding tax, and related compliance matters in accordance with local laws.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring data integrity.

• Review, update, and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation for compliance.

• Compile and analyze HR and business-related data for reporting and statistical analysis purposes.

• Monitor changes in employment legislation to ensure adherence to applicable acts and labor regulations.

• Provide administrative support and manage ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR, payroll, administration, or accounting.

• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance matters.

• Familiarity with HR best practices and employment regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities, with a commitment to handling confidential information discreetly.

• Positive disposition and capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Flexibility to travel as needed.
