Duties:
Raise and manage purchase orders, track outstanding items and update material shortages in SAP System
Coordinate with vendors on delivery, shortages, and defects
Work with Planning to resolve material issues and support production
Monitor inventory levels and optimize WIP and finished goods
Review usage trends and adjust stock levels accordingly
Conduct supplier performance reviews
Reconcile invoice discrepancies
