Marketing Executive - #1167805

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate events and partnerships, create engaging marketing content, and ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.

2. Brand & Marketing Communications

• Develop and coordinate marketing communication materials that align with local and regional marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on the development of marketing collaterals and promotional materials.

• Ensure all brand communications remain consistent with company guidelines.

3. KOL & Partnership Management

• Coordinate influencer (KOL) campaigns from outreach to execution.

• Manage campaign schedules, content approvals, promo codes, and campaign deliverables.

• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement and effectiveness.

4. Content Development

• Create and edit marketing content for print advertisements, EDMs, newsletters, websites, and social media.

• Coordinate with the Academic Team to ensure content accuracy and timely approvals.

• Support content planning and execution for marketing campaigns and events.

5. Events & Marketing Activities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, roadshows, open houses, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate logistics, vendors, venue setup, event materials, and on-site support.

• Prepare post-event reports and evaluate event effectiveness.

6. Marketing Administration

• Coordinate daily marketing operations, meetings, and project timelines.

• Prepare reports, presentations, market research, and marketing performance updates.

• Maintain marketing calendars and monitor project deadlines.

• Manage inventory of marketing collaterals and promotional materials.

• Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives and handle marketing-related enquiries.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience.

• Experience in organising events, roadshows, retail activations, or promotional campaigns.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), WordPress, Mailchimp, Shopify, and Canva is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM would be beneficial.

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
