IT Helpdesk Support [End User] - #1167791

Salary: $3,200 Basic + Shift Allowances

Location: Bedok

Working Hours: 12-hours Rotating Shift / 5 Woking Days

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support via phone and email

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, Outlook, and end-user issues

• Resolve incidents and service requests or escalate complex issues when required

• Monitor and follow up on support tickets until resolution

• Keep users updated on the progress of their cases

• Prioritize incidents based on urgency and business impact

• Record accurate ticket details and maintain proper documentation

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA targets

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC or Diploma in IT or a related discipline

• At least 1 year of experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or End User Support
