About the Role:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions based on project requirements

  • Monitor project costs, track variances, and provide financial reports and forecasts

  • Support procurement and contract administration, including quotations, claims, and variations

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions and project progress

  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive and accurate pricing

About You:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or M&E / Building Services.

  • Strong knowledge of building M&E systems (lighting, electrical panels, gensets, fire protection, ACMV).

  • Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
