Job Responsibilities :

• To assist Project Manager in the pre-contract or post-contract of the projects

• For the pre-contract role, your job involves evaluation of price comparison and costing summary

• Prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bills of quantities and quotations for both civil and building projects

• For post-contract role, your job involves ensuring accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts. Maintenance of proper documentation of events at site for variation order / Extension of Time (EOT) claim
  

Job Requirements :

• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent with minimum 3 years’ of relevant working experience preferably in a main construction firm

• Other pre-requisites are to be meticulous, possess good analytical skills, be a team player and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Knowledgeable in market updates and construction cost trends.
