Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site activities, monitor project progress, and ensure all site works are executed according to the project schedule.

• Review project-related reports and ensure the accuracy of information for client submissions, invoicing, and follow-up actions.

• Carry out tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Project Manager, including attending to client breakdowns and service calls.

• Monitor and follow up on the procurement of materials and spare parts, and negotiate pricing with suppliers to meet project budget requirements.

• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of daily project and service activities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, training, testing & commissioning (T&C), additions & alterations (A&A), and application-related works.

• Ensure all installation, maintenance, and commissioning works are completed in accordance with quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

• Support project planning, scheduling, site coordination, and project documentation to ensure timely project completion and successful handover.

• Prepare service reports, work completion reports, and other project documentation as required.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Engineering or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), Facilities Management (FM), or Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems is preferred.
