Working Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain control systems such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI to ensure continuous and reliable gas supply, meeting customer and business requirements.
Ensure all maintenance activities and records are accurately documented in the CMMS (CIS) system.
Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports, highlighting system performance and improvement initiatives.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reliability issues and develop effective preventive action plans.
Ensure strict adherence to Job Order and Work Permit systems, maintaining a zero-accident environment in compliance with AL IMS standards and Workplace Safety & Health regulations.
Develop and maintain maintenance programs aligned with overall maintenance strategies and operational goals.
Ensure availability and compliance of operating manuals and SOPs in accordance with the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS).
Lead quality and safety audits related to Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), including preparation of SOPs and Risk Assessments (RA).
Support operations to ensure timely execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and Shutdown Maintenance (SDM) activities.
Provide prompt response to system issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
Identify and manage critical spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations.
Train and upskill operations staff on DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
Supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
Coordinate interfaces between disciplines and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Plan and manage the mobilization of vendor representatives.
Develop and implement site-specific procedures and work instructions in line with company standards.
Ensure construction and installation activities meet contractual quality standards.
Report and track safety deviations, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.
Requirements:
Min Higher NITEC in Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related
3 years experience in a similar capacity
Basic hands-on knowledge of Siemens PLC systems (programming, troubleshooting, or maintenance)
Experience with WINCC SCADA for monitoring and control
Familiarity with industrial automation or control systems is an advantage
*Please note that this is a 1 year contract role, renewable/ extendable.
