Architectural Coordinator - #1167612

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a team of BIM Modellers to support design development and project coordination.

• Prepare and manage construction documentation, including shop drawings, submissions, and approval processes.

• Monitor site progress to ensure works are carried out in accordance with project requirements, and coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and the operations team.

• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and related procurement activities.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.

Job Requirements

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of working experience with a main construction contractor.

• Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand construction drawings.

• Proven experience in building or mixed-use development projects.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
