Customs & Traffic Specialist (Trade Compliance/ Import / Export) - #1167632

We are looking for a Trade Compliance professional to support global import/export operations and ensure full compliance with international trade regulations. This role plays a critical part in enabling smooth cross-border operations while minimizing regulatory risks across multiple regions.

· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

· Classify products and technologies under HTS and ECCN codes

· Support and maintain export control policies and procedures

· Participate in internal audits for import/export compliance

· Act as a key point of contact for government inquiries related to trade

· Support development and enhancement of foreign licensing programs

· Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure shipment compliance

· Manage shipment-related activities including freight quotations and tracking when needed

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives in trade compliance processes and tools

· Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Experience in trade compliance, import/export operations, or related field

· Strong knowledge of customs regulations and traffic procedures

· Experience working across APAC, EMEA, or LATAM regions preferred

· Familiarity with HTS classification and ECCN determination

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· Experience in high-tech, manufacturing, or data center industries
