Quality Checker - #1167563

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Quality Checker to join our quality assurance team. This entry-level role welcomes fresh graduates and candidates with no relevant working experience. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting routine compliance and quality inspections on cargoes, production and warehouse operations, supporting quality correction, audit program maintenance and cross-department technical support to ensure all operations comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Cargo Inspection: Perform thorough quality and compliance inspections for all incoming and outgoing cargoes in accordance with company compliance requirements and standard operating procedures to ensure cargo quality and operational compliance.

• On-site Compliance Audit & Improvement: Conduct regular compliance inspections on the production floor and warehouse premises. Identify operational loopholes, quality risks and key improvement areas, and provide professional advice on effective corrective and preventive actions to optimise operational quality.

• Non-conformance Resolution: Complete all relevant quality inspection documents and non-conformance records accurately. Coordinate closely with external parties to follow up, resolve and close all non-conformity issues in a timely manner.

• Cross-department Technical Support: Provide professional technical advice and quality-related support to various internal departments, assisting teams in adhering to quality standards and compliance protocols during daily operations.

• Audit Program Management: Undertake assigned tasks to maintain and monitor the daily implementation of relevant quality audit programs, and timely update audit documents and standards to ensure the audit system is accurate and up-to-date.

• Perform other ad-hoc quality assurance and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Working Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with no working experience are warmly welcome to apply.

• Highly organised with strong work planning skills and exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate inspection and documentation results.

• Possess good analytical thinking and outstanding problem-solving skills to identify operational issues and propose feasible improvement solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-department coordination and external party communication.

• Responsible and proactive work attitude, able to strictly follow compliance standards and complete audit and inspection tasks efficiently.

• Basic computer literacy for documentation, data recording and report compilation.

• 5.5 days work week on-site, office location is at Buroh Lane
