Salary & Benefits

• Earn up to $2,800 per month

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid at the 6th and 12th month)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8-Hour Rotating Shift (Rotates every 3 months)

• Morning Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Shift Allowance: $5/day)

• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Shift Allowance: $15/day)

Overtime

• 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• 2.5 hours OT pay plus additional $5 OT allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of products

• Diagnose product and system-level issues

• Support Engineers in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• Resolve quality-related issues and assist in continuous process improvements

• Follow manufacturing and quality procedures to ensure product standards

Requirements

• No experience required – Full training provided

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment

• Able to commit to rotating shifts

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
