Job Summary

Join Waterland Services as a BIM Modeller (M&E) to support our engineering team by preparing and coordinating BIM models and drawings, ensuring compliance with project standards, and collaborating effectively with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare and update BIM models for mechanical and electrical (M&E) services to support project design and execution

Produce coordinated shop and construction drawings that meet project specifications and timelines

Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to integrate design inputs and resolve issues

Detect clashes within BIM models and actively participate in coordination meetings to resolve conflicts

Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and quality controls

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation to support project tracking and audits

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering or BIM-related field

Proficient in using Autodesk Revit for M&E modeling

Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to BIM modeling

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Knowledge of Navisworks software to enhance clash detection and model coordination

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
