Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate product costing records and perform cost analysis.

  • Prepare month-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.

  • Prepare in inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and cost allocation.

  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to costing, inventory adjustments, stock write-offs, and cost impact.

  • To maintain the intercompany transfer pricing.

  • Support monthly/Year-end inventory reconciliation and cycle count and stock count.

  • Maintain new material master records upon requests from the MDM team.

  • Prepare the internal and external audits by providing relevant financial information (purchase inventory rollforward reconciliation schedules)

  • Prepare the forecast, Budget calculating product cost.

  • Ensure accurate GST treatment of transactions and prepare GST reconciliations.

  • Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Finance manager.


Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Costing, and GST.

  • Hands-on experience in product costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.

  • Knowledge of GST regulations and statutory compliance.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Fiori)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications including data analysis, PivotTables, and reporting.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
