Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate product costing records and perform cost analysis.
Prepare month-end closing activities related to costing and inventory.
Prepare in inventory costing, stock reconciliation, and cost allocation.
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to costing, inventory adjustments, stock write-offs, and cost impact.
To maintain the intercompany transfer pricing.
Support monthly/Year-end inventory reconciliation and cycle count and stock count.
Maintain new material master records upon requests from the MDM team.
Prepare the internal and external audits by providing relevant financial information (purchase inventory rollforward reconciliation schedules)
Prepare the forecast, Budget calculating product cost.
Ensure accurate GST treatment of transactions and prepare GST reconciliations.
Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Finance manager.
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Costing, and GST.
Hands-on experience in product costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.
Knowledge of GST regulations and statutory compliance.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Fiori)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications including data analysis, PivotTables, and reporting.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
