Occupational Therapist and Speech and Language Therapist (Therapy Hub) - #1167603

We are looking for Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapist to be part of our dynamic, interprofessional, collaborative team of Allied Health Professionals, which includes Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Physiotherapists.

As a therapy hub, we serve the community across various settings, including early intervention centre, special education school, day activity centre and sheltered workshop. We are committed to supporting our clients' ability to participate in the home and community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify the individual needs of clients and formulate, develop and implement appropriate individualized therapy programmes;

• Assess and monitor therapy outcomes;

• Liaise with various disciplines involved in the integration process;

• Refer clients to the respective specialists for consultation and intervention;

• Able to work with Allied Health Professional Group team in formulating service delivery to clients;

Job Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy (listed in https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/ahpc/apply-to-be-a-registered-allied-health-professional/lists-of-recognised-qualifications)

• Eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professional Council in Singapore as a conditional registrant or full registrant
