Assistant/Finance Manager for FMCG - #1167616

As Finance Manager, you'll be entrusted with leading the accounting team, overseeing statutory financial compliance, and driving strategic insights through FP&A.

This is a pivotal leadership role that blends operational oversight with forward-looking business partnering working closely with commercial teams to support decision-making and growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing full sets of accounts and ensuring accuracy in reporting

• Handling statutory and tax requirements, and liaising with external auditors

• Preparing forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses for internal stakeholders

• Leading improvements in financial systems and internal controls
  

Requirement:

1. At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of managing teams and partnering across business units.

2. Exposure to the FMCG or distribution sector is required.

3.Strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder communication, and a hands-on approach will set you apart.
