Job Summary :

-Location: Admiralty
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
-Salary: Up $2,800
-Company Transport: Available from Admiralty MRT

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure food manufacturing processes comply with food safety standards, product specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal, and SFA documentation and standards.

• Conduct routine inspections and in-process product checks to ensure quality compliance.

• Support customer audits, regulatory inspections, and factory visits.

• Follow up on corrective actions and documentation arising from audits and inspections.

• Report any product or process non-conformances to the Executive or Manager promptly.

• Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline preferred.

• Basic knowledge of local and international food safety standards is an advantage.

• Able to work in a chilled environment (10°C – 15°C).

• Team player with good communication skills.
