Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality on-site customer support through equipment installation, as well as diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing complex equipment and systems.
Perform equipment upgrades, modifications, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate and communicate daily task assignments within the team and with customers.
Serve as the subject matter expert in addressing customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Monitor equipment performance and provide regular updates on customer service requests.
Report recurring customer issues to management for resolution and continuous improvement.
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply.
Experience in equipment or machinery maintenance within any engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and supporting a 24/7 standby shift rotation.
