Job Title: Production Planner

Job Info:

• Basic Salary: $4,500 - $6,500 + Completion Bonus

• 1 year contract, convertible

• Mon–Fri, Office Hours, 8am - 5.30pm

• Company transport provided from Admiralty MRT

• Cleanroom environment

• Location: Woodlands

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM), including multi-level BOM structures

• Prepare and support production schedules based on build plans and manufacturing milestones

• Monitor demand, work orders, and shipment plans to ensure on-time execution

• Track project milestones (e.g., Assembly Start, completion, CTB)

• Support engineering change management and SAP configuration updates

• Coordinate with Project Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics teams

• Update planning reports, dashboards, and data using Excel / Power BI

• Monitor production progress, identify shortages and risks, and escalate issues when needed

• Ensure accuracy of data in planning systems and support process documentation

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in production planning / scheduling / supply chain support

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
