Job Summary
Work directly alongside the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and learn through hands-on involvement in real projects, customer engagements, and daily business operations. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to build a broad technical foundation while developing business awareness, communication, and project coordination skills through real-world experience.
Responsibilities
Work alongside the CTO on day-to-day activities, learning through daily collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on project experience.
Assist the CTO in customer engagements, technical discussions, project execution, and business operations.
Support coordination with internal teams, customers, vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in technical research, solution evaluation, documentation, presentations, and project follow-ups.
Participate in customer meetings, site visits, solution discussions, project deployments, and other business activities to gain practical exposure.
Support daily operational and administrative tasks assigned by the CTO.
Continuously build technical knowledge, business understanding, communication, and project coordination skills through mentorship, real project exposure, and self-learning.
Travel locally or overseas when required to support projects and business activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of IT, networking, computer systems, or enterprise technologies.
