About the role
Support contract management and project coordination activities for construction projects, ensuring accurate tendering, negotiation, and contract administration under guidance from senior management.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and manage tender submissions, quotations, and cost estimates to support project bidding and execution
Coordinate project activities related to contract administration before and after tender award to ensure compliance and timely delivery
Collaborate with senior contracts management to execute assigned duties and resolve contract-related issues
Work independently to manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines within Singapore and HDB project contexts
About you
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction projects, specifically HDB projects
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
