BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – CONSTRUCTION SECTOR - #1167468

• $4,000 to $5,500 Basic + Monthly Sales Commission + Transport & Phone claims + Bonus

• Candidate with Sales or Business development experience in Construction industry will have advantage

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore's construction and infrastructure sectors.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Generate sales leads through business development and networking activities.

• Conduct sales presentations and promote the company's products and services to potential clients.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.

• Develop long-term client relationships to support sustainable business growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage for engaging with regional clients.

• Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach in a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment. Top of FormBottom of Form

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of Business Development or Sales experience.

• Candidate with experience or network in the Construction industry will have an advantage

• Proficiency in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
