Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and help troubleshoot equipment and system issues.

• Answer customer questions and resolve their issues quickly.

• Work with partners to improve equipment and applications based on customer needs.

• Prepare regular reports on equipment performance and customer feedback for management.

• Keep track of spare parts inventory and ensure there is enough stock for daily operations.
