Accounts Receivable Executive (Credit Control/MNC) - #1167380

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including account reconciliations, month-end closing, monitoring outstanding balances, and resolving billing and payment discrepancies.

• Drive credit control and collection activities by following up on overdue accounts, monitoring payment performance, and implementing effective collection strategies to minimise overdue balances and bad debts.

• Conduct customer credit assessments by reviewing financial statements, payment history, and credit exposure, and recommend appropriate credit limits and risk mitigation measures.

• Prepare AR ageing, collection, and credit risk reports, analyse collection trends, and provide recommendations to support business decisions and improve cash flow.

• Collaborate with customers, Sales, auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders to resolve account issues, support process improvements, finance projects, and system enhancement initiatives.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP/ERP systems.
