Architectural Coordinator / Up till $5000 basic + Variable bonus - #1167304

• Up till $5000 basic + Variable bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• Location: Tagore Ln

• Working Days/Timings: 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm and Saturday, 8am to 2pm depending on roster and work done)

Responsibilities:

• To assist PM/PE to plan & execute structural & architectural works

• Lead in site coordination with all trades

• To liaise with RTO for inspection

• Prepare; submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS

• To check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors

• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings

• Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers etc

• Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials

• To carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up

• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Achi)

• Attend subcon meetings

• Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters

• Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in building/construction trade
