Process Assistant Engineers (Manufacturing Electronics /Server / Storage) X 10 - #1167266

Support manufacturing operations. This role acts as a first-line technical problem solver to ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (QCDS) targets are achieved. Support process validation, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

· Assist engineers in validating new equipment and manufacturing processes

· Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions

· Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor

· Participating in cross-functional activities to improve operational performance

· Assist in evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with local regulations

· Support the development of technical capabilities across departments

· Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures to improve product quality and delivery

· Maintain accurate records and compile reports as required

· Collaborate with the broader engineering team to support operational goals

· Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Diploma or above in Engineering or a related field

· Experience working in a production or factory environment

· Basic project coordination experience

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles

· Understanding of ESD best practices

· Ability to use basic hand tools and workshop equipment
