Research Interviewer (12pm - 9pm shift) - #1167256

Contract period: 1 year, renewable

Location: Central

As a Research Interviewer, you will support data collection and reporting activities for research projects. You’ll engage directly with respondents, ensure accurate data capture, and help keep projects on track through timely updates and fieldwork support.

• Assist respondents in completing surveys either online or through manual data collection

• Accurately enter and validate collected data to maintain high data integrity

• Conduct field visits for respondents who are not reachable via phone or online channels

• Update call outcomes, survey status, and progress reports daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel)

• Adhere to project timelines and data quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–2 years of customer service or customer‑facing experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polite, professional approach

• Self‑motivated and able to manage time and tasks independently

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic data entry tools

• Willingness to work on weekends based on project requirements
