We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager (Construction) to join our growing team.

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate must possess strong experience in the Singapore construction industry and be capable of managing project timelines, site operations, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning, execution, and monitoring to final completion and handover

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and schedules

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities

• Develop project schedules, manpower allocation plans, and work programs

• Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and project costs

• Identify and resolve site issues, risks, and operational challenges

• Conduct site meetings and prepare project progress reports

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry

• Proven experience managing construction projects from start to completion

• Strong network of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders

• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to interpret 2D and 3D construction drawings

• Strong leadership, project coordination, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines

• Self-motivated, responsible, and results-driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in main contractor or general construction projects

• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations, safety requirements, and authority submissions

• Possession of relevant construction certifications will be an advantage
