Sales Manager (Industrial Metrology & Precision Measurement Solutions) - #1167224

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth – Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while expanding market share for industrial metrology and precision measurement solutions.

• Business Development – Identify and secure new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and grow the company's presence across manufacturing industries.

• Manage the Full Sales Cycle – Handle the complete sales process from prospecting and solution presentations to quotation, negotiation, contract closure, and project handover.

• Provide Technical Solution Selling – Understand customers' manufacturing and quality inspection requirements, and recommend suitable solutions including ZEISS 3D Scanners, CT Scanners, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).

• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Engineering, Applications, Service, and Procurement teams to ensure successful project implementation and high customer satisfaction.

• Sales Performance & Customer Management – Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, project progress, customer satisfaction, and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure business objectives and commercial milestones are achieved.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, metrology, or precision measurement solutions.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality inspection, and precision measurement technologies.

• Experience selling or supporting 3D Scanners, CMM, CT Scanners, Vision Systems, or other metrology equipment is highly preferred.
