Job Scope:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer acquisition, networking, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting the company's HVAC and mission-critical cooling solutions.
• Understand customers' technical and commercial requirements, and recommend suitable engineering solutions and products.
• Prepare technical proposals, equipment selections, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, and clients throughout the tendering and bidding process.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for upgrades, retrofits, or new installations.
• Work closely with the Project Engineering team to ensure a smooth project handover following project award.
• Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development within the HVAC, M&E, building services, or data centre industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and air-conditioning solutions. Experience with mission-critical cooling or data centre projects is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to provide consultative technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, site surveys, and project meetings when required.
