Responsibilities
Lead commercial execution to support business growth and profitability.
Develop and implement pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness.
Manage end-to-end proposal, quotation, and tender submission activities.
Negotiate and manage commercial contracts while mitigating business risks.
Support key account management and collaborate with the Sales team on business opportunities.
Analyse commercial performance, including revenue, margins, and forecasting.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with internal governance and commercial processes.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Contracts, Pricing, Tender Management, or Sales Support.
Strong experience in commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract management.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience in the Marine, Offshore, Shipyard, Engineering, MRO, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industrial sectors is highly preferred.
