Assistant Commercial Manager - #1163893

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial execution to support business growth and profitability.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness.

• Manage end-to-end proposal, quotation, and tender submission activities.

• Negotiate and manage commercial contracts while mitigating business risks.

• Support key account management and collaborate with the Sales team on business opportunities.

• Analyse commercial performance, including revenue, margins, and forecasting.

• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with internal governance and commercial processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Contracts, Pricing, Tender Management, or Sales Support.

• Strong experience in commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract management.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

• Experience in the Marine, Offshore, Shipyard, Engineering, MRO, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industrial sectors is highly preferred.
