Logistics Warehouse Coordinator (APAC) | Up to S$4,200 - #1167152

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily outbound shipments of scanners and related products from the Singapore hub to destinations across the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials.

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and updating the system accurately.

• Assist with return merchandise authorisation processes by coordinating inbound returns, tracking repair status, and managing the return or replacement of units.

• Support replenishment activities to ensure sufficient inventory and spare parts availability.

• Coordinate the planning, storage, and distribution of spare parts to customers, field personnel, and internal teams.

• Prepare and process documentation for shipments, inventory movements, and other operational transactions.

• Work closely with logistics partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

• Maintain an organised warehouse and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Strong team player with good collaboration skills.

• Good written and spoken English.

• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems would be an advantage.
