## Customer Support – Routine Responsibilities
### Main Responsibilities
### 1. Handle Customer Enquiries
Respond & assist to customer enquiries across multiple platforms, including:
- Carousell
- Lazada
- Shopee
- TikTok
- XiaoHongShu (RED)
(Handled by a team of 3 customer support staff)

### 2. Product & Order Enquiries
- Provide product information to customers
- Check and advise on stock availability
- Assist with delivery-related enquiries
---
### 3. Shipping Arrangements
- Coordinate standard delivery
- Handle urgent delivery requests
- Provide updates on delivery delays
---
### 4. Dispute Handling (All Platforms)
- Handle cases of wrong items sent
- Manage short quantity issues
- Resolve damaged item complaints
- Follow up and ensure resolution of customer disputes
---
### 5. Stock & Inventory Management
- Inform customers when items are out of stock
- Provide alternative solutions or product recommendations
- Perform stock adjustments in system (platform & big sellers)
---
### 6. Door Sales Support
- Assist walk-in / door sales customers
- Provide product information and sales support
