Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm

Job Scope:

1. Process Optimization: Perform comprehensive analysis of operational workflows, facility layouts, resource allocation, and overall productivity to pinpoint areas of waste and inefficiency.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to gather operational data, capture frontline insights, and brainstorm strategic ideas to drive factory-wide cost-reduction initiatives.

3. Systems & Automation: Evaluate process improvement proposals, leveraging IT automation tools to streamline workflows, minimize lead times, and build simulation models for full-scale system optimization.

4. Project & Activity Facilitation: Provide hands-on support in planning and organizing facility layout projects, as well as driving factory small-group activities (SGA) and Kaizen events.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or any relevant field in Engineering

• Fresh graduates are welcome!

• Able to work well as a team player

• Singaporeans only
