Sales Account Executive (Corporate Gifts – B2B Sales)
We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Sales Account Executive to join our vibrant team and help grow our presence in the B2B corporate wholesale market. Key Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized branded merchandise and corporate gifting solutions that align with their brand identity, marketing objectives, and campaign goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Proactively grow the sales pipeline by prospecting and engaging cold leads and new business opportunities when required.
Schedule client meetings and site visits to better understand their requirements through phone calls, Zoom meetings, or face-to-face discussions.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales order forms for client approval and confirmation.
Follow up on sales orders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Maintain high client satisfaction through responsive communication, problem-solving, and excellent customer service.
Drive sales performance through consistent follow-ups, improving conversion rates, and building long-term client relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Requirements
2 years+ of experience in B2B sales account management, business development or corporate sales preferred
Candidates with experience in wholesale, interior design, event management, or other solution-based B2B sales industries are highly preferred.
Proven ability to close sales and build long-term client relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
