Job Description:
-Performing daily site inspections, witnessing material testing and checking workmanship against drawings and specifications.
-Identifying deviations from standards, issuing NCRs, and overseeing corrective/preventive actions.
-Maintaining inspection records, material test reports, and daily progress reports (DPR).
-Coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for quality audits, inspections, and compliance with standards (e.g., ISO).
Requirements：
At least 2 years of construction-related experience
Understand Ms Office, PDF, AutoCad software will be advantage
Fluent in English & Chinese
