Job Description:

-Lead project teams including site engineers and supervisors to execute infrastructure effectively

-Develop and implement advanced work plans for services and utilities diversion to ensure smooth workflow and on-time project completion

-Manage subcontractors by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality standards

-Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations

-Work independently to oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met

Requirements：

Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms Office and PDF

At least 5 years of construction-related experience

Fluent in English & Chinese
