About the role

Project Engineer role in a Singapore-based Metal Works Company specializing in steel structure, metal fabrication, and installation projects. The role involves coordinating projects, communicating with different parties, and seeing projects through from start to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project progress with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

• Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate daily site activities.

• Prepare project documents, schedules, and progress reports.

• Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Resolve site coordination issues and ensure timely follow-up.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Experience in project coordination is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of metal materials or metal works will be an advantage.
