Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up sales support operations, ensuring efficient order processing and execution.

• Oversee vehicle allocation, inventory planning, and delivery coordination.

• Monitor order status, production schedules, and shipment timelines.

• Ensure sales processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments or external on import and export document.

• Prepare basic sales reports and update sales data.

• Organize and maintain sales files and documentation.

• Support showroom events, roadshows, and promotional activities.

• Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in handling operation.

• Possess basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines.
