Senior Software Engineer - #1167101

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with product owners, business users, and cross-functional teams.

• Participate in solution design, technical architecture, and code reviews.

• Deliver projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Support production environments and ensure system reliability.

• Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve productivity and quality.

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience in:

  • C#/.NET or Java

  • React.js or Next.js

• Full-stack development experience is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.

• Experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability.

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies is an advantage.

• Exposure to AI-assisted software development tools is a plus.

• Production support experience is an advantage.

Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for a Technical Lead role:

• Minimum 4 years of technical leadership experience.

• Led and managed teams of 5 or more engineers for at least 2 years.

• Strong architecture, system design, and technical decision-making capabilities.

• Proven experience driving Agile/Scrum project delivery.

• Strong understanding of DevOps and software delivery best practices.

• Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.

• Experience engaging stakeholders and managing delivery expectations.
