• Develop and execute driver engagement acquisition and retention initiatives to grow the driver community

• Plan and coordinate events campaigns and communication activities across digital and offline channels

• Build strong relationships with drivers and key stakeholders while providing ongoing support

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver business initiatives and operational improvements

• Analyse performance data and driver feedback to enhance the overall driver experience

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Business Administration / Communications Marketing

• Experience in community engagement business operations marketing communications or a related field is preferred

• Strong communication stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Analytical proactive and detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with knowledge of EDM platforms or the ride hailing industry being an advantage
