About the role

Oversee overall site management, installation, execution scheduling, and milestone tracking for Singapore-based projects. Take full ownership of Singapore authority permits and inspections (e.g., Building Plan approvals, TOP) and interface directly with regulatory officers. Liaise closely with professional engineers (RE/RTO, RI), clients, main contractors, and material suppliers to resolve site issues swiftly. Define and enforce site safety procedures while managing subcontractor performance and project status meetings.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Building or Construction Management

• Minimum 8 years of construction management experience in the building field or pharmaceutical industry

• Deep knowledge of local Singapore construction standards, authority codes, and procurement workflows

• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends depending on site progress needs
