About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team in the West Region. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $2,500 - $3,000 per month, working five days a week with the opportunity to earn a variable bonus. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure our sales team can focus on building client relationships and closing deals. This role is critical to maintaining smooth sales processes and contributing to the overall success of our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.

• Provide customers with product information, pricing, delivery lead times, and after-sales support.

• Prepare shipping, import, and export documents in accordance with company procedures.

• Track order deliveries and ensure timely fulfilment.

• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.

• Handle customer feedback, returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional manner.

• Update and maintain inventory records, and report any stock discrepancies.

• Assist with general administrative duties and support other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Entry level or relevant Customer Service, Sales Admin, Logistics, or Administrative experience are welcome to apply

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Responsible, well-organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
