• Position: Logistics Customer Service Officer

• Location: Penjuru Lane (company transport provided from Jurong East MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Freight forwarding service

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients on daily operations including inbound, outbound and inventory matters

• Perform data entry and transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Handle order processing: receiving, put away, picking, packing, cancellations

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including preparation for stock takes and audits

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone

Requirements:

• Minimum 'N' level certificate

• 1 year of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or customer service role preferred
